This torrent should work with either Virtual box or VMWare. To use with Virtual Box click import and select the .ovf file.
When the login screen comes up, login with your Gmail username and password and your Gmail inbox will automatically open. There is a start icon in the upper right which will give you access to the applications. I was a bit disappointed, but I could see where Chrome OS would come in handy.
