we did this command in the command prompt ant it says that the option is unknown and it gives us a bunch of lines that say username and password and stuff and we dont know what any of this means. our problem is that when we want to do something it asks for permission and a password but it doesent give us a place to type a password…how can we fix this problem?? we have even tried to reconfigure the computer and it asks for an administrator password but it gives us no where to type a password.
